I have requirement when agent submit chat by selecting one skill and if the agents are not available in that skill then customer should provide an option to chat with another person with different skill. (Ex: I have selected Spanish as skill and if the Spanish speaking agents are not there then we should show other available agents(like English agents, or other skills)
And we need list of customers in reports who missed the chats because of agents unavailability.
