Scenario 1 : If customer purchased 10 users and have a requirement of implementing SSO / PTA . Then how these accounts will be utilized as users by Oracle? If user logged in from SSO or PTA . It is considered as a Single Account ?
Scenario 2 : Let say we have 10 users purchased and using SSO / PTA. If we create an account for Agent Desktop and an account for Customer Portal. How will oracle count these account ? They will consider it 2 accounts or a single account ?
Also , other than these scenarios . If anyone can explain in simple words how Oracle Account Utilization works ?
