Can Audit Reports be scheduled to run periodically & report output be emailed to users

Looking for information on how to : 1) Schedule Audit Reports daily or periodically 2) EMail the audit report output (Excel or CSV) to users

I am looking for any information on Audit Reports, as follows:

1) Can "Audit Reports" be scheduled to run daily / periodically

2) If the answer to the question above is "Yes", then can we email the report out put (which is either an excel or CSV format) to a user or users. Also, where (server & path, etc) can I find the report output.
