Summary

Trying to implement a Disciplinary Actions and Grievances subtab when an agent fills out a SR

Oracle showed a way to add in a DA and Grievances tab, however they said it was all custom built as those enhancements are not available as of now. Where would you go to add two new subtabs that cover both of those topics. Any help would be appreciated.
