good afternoon

a query, on the chat screen at the level of the final client in the values requested to start a chat conversation can you validate the identification number ??

That is, the client when requesting the chat will enter:
First name
Surname
Identification number
Mail
Question.

In these data, the identification can be validated when traveling to RN so that if it exists locate the client and create the incident?

This in order that through the identification number we validate if the client exists and a new one is not created (if the client places another email address different from the existing one).
