Hi All,

 

There is a requirement, is there a way to create a Child Incident based on a survey score. Please find the screenshot. In that the flow creates a new incident. However it has to be automatically created as a child SR to the parent incident. How to pass the parent reference details in the survey flow. Or is there any other method?
