Could Not Switch to Locking Process

I am getting error while login into RN console. In login window, I used my credentials (As Administrator) but failed to login into system. Yesterday It was working fine for me. Today I could not login into system. It says "Could not switch to locking process"
has someone faced this issue before?
It seems like my staff account has been locked or removed. Any idea
