Answer workspace - is there a way to turn off Click and drag functionality

Click and dragging a link is causing us issues

When we hover over a link the click and drag function selects the link with a small box at the top. We are having issues with the click and drag adding the small box at the end of links when the answer is save. End users can see this box and when we have 40+ links on the page we have to go take it off. So, I was wondering if there is a way for us to turn off the click and drag function in the editor.
