BUI: Interaction workspace typing

Hello All,

I am using Interaction workspace in BUI. In that when customer raised chat and accepted agent. when customer is typing in chat session workspace of rightside of interaction workspace the customer name is always not unique.

Sometimes it displays from database for existing customer sometimes it displays name of firstname in chat launch.

What i want is it needs to display what the customer enters in the "firstname" field in the chat launch.

Can anyone help me.
