I have a requirement that is to place a different incident number per queue.
That is, queue 1 must have the incident number QUEUE1-2019-04-06-00001 and QUEUE2-2019-04-06-00001.
Both independent accountants.
The incident number by default, is it manipulable?
Can it be changed through work space or business rules?
