How to use a message base in a workspace

I'd like to be able to use the message base values for certain keys in my workspaces

Hello, I have some workspaces that are used to maintain configurations relating to certain customer portal pages.  Those pages are named using message base keys.  From time to time the page names change in the message base and I would like the workspace title bar controls to automatically change by using the message base key instead of literal text.

How do I get a message base value to show up on a workspace?
