Hi

We have a number of mailboxes set up in RightNow. Some of these mailboxes, when they receive an email, will generate an incident.

Is there a way to determine in RightNow if...

  1. An incident was generated from an email received by some mailbox configured in RightNow
  2. Which mailbox generated the incident
