I notice that the Navigating around the workspace is very dependent on a pointing device (mouse). I feel keyboard shortcuts would make is very productive. Is there a way to configure use of Shortcut Keys for OOTB screens within the Agent Consol. Even the Tab Orders aren't setup in the order the screens is laid out. 

For example, when correcting the Product Names for 15 interfaces was very time consuming.
