i am looking for a suggestion on one of the requirement.
My client is looking for a way through which OSvC automatically sends an email to customer for their pending balance.
life cycle of incident :
1- incident created by soap api
2- if incident age is one day then send an email to customer and set disposition sent to 'Day 1 email sent'
3- their is an another system which confirm if customer paid the balance, then CSR will mark this incident Solved,
4- If Incident is still unresolved then send send another email to customer and set disposition sent to 'Day 7 email sent'
