Email Post Chat Survey Instead of Pop-up
SummaryIs there a way to get the Post-Chat Survey to Email to the Customer instead of pop-up?
I have been trying to use an Incident rule that targets the source and interface of the chats I want to have it send an email to, but I cannot get it to trigger.
I want to send an email link with the survey to the customer as a transactional survey, instead of the pop-up.
Any help would be appreciated.
