Workspace Rules - Display Message Box

I have a requirment that when an Agent presses a button on the workspace, display a 'Are you Sure' Message Box. 

I have a workspace rule that does that, but they want it so the Agent can say No and prevent the button from doing its purpose. In this case it fires an event that creates an incident. 

Is that possible with the current functionality, or are they meant to only be informational messages.
