Hi,

We are looking for a solution to generate public links on incident attachments.

Currently, we are not using the standard functionality on OSvC for attachments, but are using an external storage for each incidents' attachments.

In addition, we use tasks, as a trigger to an external R&D system, and among other, send a public link to the incident attachments on the external storage.

Since we want to revert back to using the standard functionality of attachments, we will need a solution, to enable R&D users to have visibility of incident attachments, as they will be containing customer log files.
