Still cannot add custom field in the Chat workspace

I wanted to add a new custom field for Chat Status which would include the "Disconnected" status besides the standard list: Unresolved, Waiting, Updated and Solved.
I tried to add the Custom field for the new Chat Status in the workspace and it's not included in the fields list.
What solution could I have if this option is not yet added in this Oracle Service Cloud version.
