Has anyone enabled the ability to kick off workflows for feedback/recommendations to go to sups/leads before coming to the KM team?
We have specific categories we use for when feedback is submitted that the end user selects from. Based on the category (i.e. Typo, Outdated, Missing...) we would want to shoot the feedback to the supervisor/lead to assess and determine if it's a coaching opportunity or indeed a feedback that needs to be actioned.
