Hi Guys!

I need to send an automatic email according to incident priority after some many hours, but I can't do it.

I read that it is necessary a function in the rules called "Append Response Template to Respond Field" but in my Service Cloud this function not appear.

Does anyone know what I do to look like this function? Or what I do to send an automatic email according to incident priority?
