I have 2 questions related to the Agents login:
1. Is there a way to set maximum of 5 log in in the system, then when a 6th user tries to log in he/she won't be able to log in and will get a prompt stating that maximum limit is reached?
2. Is Oracle RN capable of generating report on history of log in and log out of agents?
