We are implementing a Syndicated Proactive Chat widget in one of our client's external website and we would want to capture the session_id and page_id parameters for all the offered chats (refused, declined and accepted) so that we can analyse how many chats are being ignored/refused/rejected/accepted by each customer (based on session_id) and from which page (based on page_id).

Could you please help us understand if there is a way to capture these details so that they reflect in our Proactive Chat reports?
