how to share screen in osvc

As per the document Cobrowsing lets customers share their desktop with agents who are helping them on the telephone, just want to confirm when customer share their screen, agent can see everything open on desktop or it is application/webpage based.

i am asking this because my client is looking for a solution through which Agent can help customer on their website.
