BUI: Change incident queue when chat transfer

Hello All,

I have a requirement to change incident queue and one custom filed when a chat was transferred to some other queue.

Please refer the screen shot. I have checked the business rules of incident and chat,

in chat rules we could not set any field except chat queue.

And in incident rule we could not check chat queue.

Any idea?
