We're having issues when logging in to the chat



Since we upgraded to 19A our end users with chat license are encountering issues wherein they cannot connect to the chat. They are receiving this error everytime they're going to click the Key Icon at the upper right portion of the console app. 

All of the domains of Oracle were enlisted on the trusted sites, currently running in MS Framework 4.7.1, all of the Network and system requirements are met.

Our system environment is in a persistent VDI machine.

Has anyone encountered this issue? I have already created a service request for this one but oracle is requesting for a FiddlerCap Logs. W were not able to get the logs because we're not experiencing the issue when Fiddler is running. Already had the network checked by our network engineers but found nothing wrong.
