OIC StageFile Component with CharacterSet value CP 1252 is not generating Win Carriage Return CR

Hi All,

StageFile component in OIC with CharacterSet value set to 'CP 1252' is not generating Windows file Carriage Return CR. 
Generated file is transferred using FTP adapter with binary transfer and can see the file is not Windows. 

StageFile Characterset is not honoring the values set and always generating unix LF and not Windows CRLF. 

Could you let me know if there is any work around to resolve this issue.
