Good day!

We recently began testing the Co-Browse feature with our customers.  In the Livelook admin site, there is a section for reports, but I'm not able to get any to run.  No matter what field I fill out, I still get nothing when I hit "run report."  I've used different browsers as well.  Is there something specific I need to do to get reports to run?   Thanks!!
