Logo in Email Template is not reflecting

Hello,

In Message Templates, we have Global Template where we insert our Logo. My issue is when in Preview the logo can be seen, but when we request account assitance email from Portal, logo is not reflecting in the mail which we receive. Can anyone help in this regard!

Im writing image URL as : abc.custhelp.com/euf/assets/images/logo.png
