Send an email every x days after date in custom object linked to Contact record
Summary
Trigger relative time email just on time not on CRUD eventContent
We write user feedback in custom objects linked to the Contact object.
If the feedback hasn't updated after 7 days (time + 8 days) then we want to email them and again after (time + 14 days) etc.
It doesn't look like I can use relative time with a business rule or that I can use a custom process if I do not have a CRUD event.
Am I reading this correctly? Can anyone please advise the correct method to use, any examples would be a bonus.
