Hi, 

We have a requirement to send Surveys to contacts (ad hoc) who didn't go through a chat. We have configured a weblink survey to pop up after a chat is complete. but the business want to send a survey question directly to a contact from the Agent Desktop. 

Please advise how this can be achieved.
