We are researching to see if there are any roles and/or rules that we can provide our administrative assistants the ability to view what is in their VP's worklist, without the ability to take action upon invoice, job req, etc. I opened an SR with Oracle and they recommended setting the VP up on vacation mode and putting the secretary as a delegate. Then both the secretary and VP would be notified, but this would allow the risk of the admin approving notices when they shouldnt be.
