Is there a detailed audit for the Incident Thread Correction?

If I make a change on that screen, the audit back on the incident shows me that I made a change, but doesn't show what I changed.  Which is good.   I was just curious if there was a different audit somewhere that might show that info.

When I'm on the Incident Thread Correction screen, I do see an Audit Log icon in the ribbon, but it is greyed out.  I'm the admin for the system so I should have access to everything.  But I don't see anything in the profile editor about turning that on.
