Can you block application notifications from the normal agents' screen

Summary

only want agents to see toast notifications for things that are NOT application errors

Is there any way to stop the toast notifications from displaying for all agents or a group of agents?  The agents don't care about those and only want to see ones specific to them.  I don't know of any setting that will still allow toasts for other types of notification but stop the ones for application errors.
