Dears,

Wish you having a good day ,, I noticed that some agent accounts have been locked and I guess that happens due to wrong trails for their password.

After I checked contact password setting as below it`s set to 0 and that should allow unlimited trails of wrong password entries, so I cannot find an explanation to solve that issue.
