Error: Input String was not in the Correct Format

Custom Object: Opportunity relation with Contact

Hi,

I created a custom object opportunity and associated it to contact(parent of Custom Opportunity).

Workspace is also created and when i try to create a new record for the Custom opportunity. I receive an Error on selecting any association value such as Contact or Account Assigned.

Does anyone how to resolve this error ?
