Is it possible to send automatic chat message to customer when customer is not responding

ABSENT_INTERVAL config setting is marking user absent if no response, is there any possibility that one text can send to customer automatically as soon as user marked Abesent

Example : If an agent sends a message and no response from customer.  Can we automate a trigger at 60/90 seconds saying "Are you still there?"
