Is there a way for a contact to reset their account password with their alternate email? When someone goes to create a new account and puts in an email address that is already associated with an existing contact in the alt. 1 or alt 2. slot they are directed to the account assistance page to find out their username or reset their password. If they then try to retrieve their username with this alt. email no email is received. Only the primary email on the contact seems to work for retrieving username or resetting password.
