Unable to Open AD

Unable to Open ADContent
Hi Folks,
I am facing this issue while logging to Agent desktop, it is not getting loaded properly. Refer the enclosed image posted.
I have cleared the cache, also re-installed RN but no luck. Is there any faced similar kind of issue? also raised SR for the same.
Is there any other steps that i can do to rectify this issue? (It is happening not only for me)
