Hi, posting this here before I open a ticket with tech support - has anyone experienced an issue like this?

We just upgraded to v19C release over the weekend. Our chat agents are now reporting that the scrollbar in the Engagement window does not progress automatically - in fact, two separate scroll bars appear. I've looked over the workspace and cannot find any settings related to scrollbar behavior.

Apologies for the blurriness on the screen shot - it was sent to me by an end user.

Any thoughts?
