Email notification with a contacts address


Hi all,

I just got a request to add to the email subject line the contact's street number and street. 

We have a rule that triggers an email notification based on certain conditions and it is working fine.  An email is sent out, but now the customer wants to add the incident's contact's address to the subject line. 

I read several posts that are mostly adding the reference number, but this request is a bit different and I was wondering if anyone had done something similar.

Does any one know if this is possible to do?
