Is it possible to have a particular user having 2 custom role 1.RBS journal Entry 2. RBS journal inquiry 

1. Journal entry has source segment security enabled for 2 source segment value - ADJ01, ADJ02 
2.Journal inquiry has source segment security enabled for all source 

now when both of the role are assigned to a particular user , user is able to enter journal at all source 

is there a way to restrict user to have journal entry access to just 2 source value but inquiry access to all source value.
