Summary

Implications of withdrawing an approval task vs withdrawing a requisition

Content

Customers / Support

I thought it would be good to share this little detail as it appears there still exists some confusion in support/customer interactions about when a requisition moves to Withdrawn status vs when a Requisition moves to Rejected status based on a withdraw action.

Business Context:

In this specific use case, the customer suggested that the Requisition moved to status 'Rejected' even though the requester in this case withdrew the requisition that was currently pending approval. The customer expected for the status to be 'Withdrawn' in this case.

Howdy, Stranger!
