Close Manager integration with Fusion R13 GL for Process Automation

We are unable to call the process automation or event monitoring after configuring FCCS with R13 GL using OIC. We were able to deploy the 5 standard event monitoring tasks to OIC but are not able to call them in FCCS in the tasks successfully. 

Can't figure out what is missing here. Any suggestions on where to look for a successful connection?
