Login ID #Hyperlink in incident thread

Hi everyone, 

Some of our agents brought up an interesting idea. When working with incidents, ORN identifies reference numbers as links when typed into the incident thread (Private note) that allow the agent to easily open them by clicking the ref #.

Does anyone know if it's possible to allow opening Login ID from incident thread (Private note) - make it hyperlink same as Ref#?

We can always copy and paste the Login ID in a external system to open the customer. However, it can be a good improvement if we can save a few clicks.
