As shown in the below screenshot the queue status 'Round Robin (Logged In)' means that incidents will be distributed equally to the logged in agents, The Question is:
1- Is it meant by logged-in status -> The agent who is using the application or logged-in has another meaning?
2- If the agent got the lock screen which locks after 15 minutes ,, Is he considered logged in or out?
