We have one user that is having an issue when she opens any Answer where the Question and Answer tabs are greyed out, almost like the workspace has not fully loaded. She is able to log into our TST site and the issue does not exist there, only in our production environment. We have tried everything from clearing cache to uninstalling and we have submitted this to Oracle support and our IT team but still unable to get resolved.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
