Reply e-mail Incident
I created the e-mail managing by Oracle and configure in agent desktop, I convert the EGW_ENABLED to "yes" and when I create an Incident in "ask your question" and reply this Incident in agent desktop I make a test replying this incident response in my private email, this response doesn't arrive in RN.
Can someone help me? Is all the configuration correct or do I need to configure one more?
