This is a troubleshooting tip for your perusal. This is based on a recent bug and related development guidance.

Customer Issue:

Approvers receiving approval notifications on Email are observing inconsistent display of name in the From section of the email notification. Sometimes it shows the given name sometimes it shows username.

Test Case:

Create a Requisition and submit for approval. Approver received a notification which contains the approver USERID instead
of name.
