Receive Incident update in the same created incident

Greeting To All !!
I created a business rule that email incident information in a specific scenario, It worked and to verify that I put my email address as a test.
The issue here is after I received the mail I replied to it from my personal email and expected to update that reply on the same incident inside RN, but that didn`t happen although I have the below configuration.
