Custom Objects not Populating on Workspace


We have a strange issue that just happened recently.

We have some custom objects that we use for contact's department and manager.   These fields are on the Incident Workspace.   These fields have always worked before, but suddenly, they only show "N/A"   These custom objects have been in place for years, and we havn't made any recent changes to the workspace that would cause these fields to not work.   This may have stared on the last upgrade, but i'm not 100% positive of that either.

I have the same fields on our Contact workspace.  And they work fine there.  So I feel the fields are set up correct and have data in them.
